Thermal suite

Relax in our thermal suite. Following a work out in our state of the art gym or if you wish to just relax, you can now enjoy the heat experience of our sauna and steam room and one of our tiled hotbeds.

Hot tub

Brave the cold Scottish air and relax in our external hot tub.

Spa Treatments

We have several treatment rooms offering a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.

Gym

Our state of the art gym includes everything you need for a full body work-out. Using TECHNOGYM equipment, you will find; treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, a range of weight machines, exercise balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, exercise mats.

All members also benefit from the use of our thermal suite area, outdoor hot tub and will receive special discounts on spa treatments, restaurant and accommodation.

(Please note: our spa & gym is for over 16's, 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult)

Relaxation Room

Our relaxation room is a calm sanctuary with soothing sounds, relaxing aromas and loungers for you to relax and enjoy some time-out before or after your treatment.

Whether you are meeting up with friends or waiting for an appointment, why not make use of our exclusive Spa Cafe. Our spa lounge also serves hot and cold drinks, small snacks and freshly made cakes.
